SONOMIC GRILLED PEACHES

Ingredients

  • Sonomic Almost vinegar RED

  • Butter

  • Peaches

  • Oil

Directions

Heat 2 tablespoons of Sonomic RED and 1 tablespoon cold butter in a saucepan over low heat.

Slowly reduce the mixture by about one third.

Cut a peach in half and remove the pit. Brush the cut sides lightly with oil.

Place the peach on the barbecue, flat side down, and grill for about 5 minutes, turning once.

Remove from the grill, brush with the Sonomic butter mixture, and serve.

Variations: Fill the cavity with mascarpone cheese or vanilla ice cream.
