Brie & Preserves Elevated with Sonomic

All you need is fig spread or fruit preserves, double or triple crème brie, and Sonomic Almost Vinegar.

Spread fruit preserves over the top of a small wheel of brie. If using fig spread, drizzle the combination with Sonomic Red. If using apricot or peach preserves, drizzle with Sonomic Gold.
